Part-time LPN Charge Nurse (Ethan Allen Residence)

Immediate opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as a charge nurse on the day shift at Ethan Allen Residence in North Burlington. This position is considered part-time and consists of 6 days of work out of a 14 day pay period, including every other weekend. The hours of work are 6:30 am to 4 pm daily. At times, this charge nurse may be asked to support coverage of time off for other nursing colleagues, and will be expected to work some, but not all of the upcoming holidays. This charge nurse will be expected to accept cross training on evening and night shift, but will not be expected to work these shifts regularly. This is intended to be a day shift position. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in residential care or nursing home care, but not necessarily as a charge nurse. Since Ethan Allen Residence serves residents in various levels of dementia, candidates with training or experience in dementia care would be most welcome.
