Call us for the opportunity to work with the largest private provider of Flu Shots in the TRI -STATE, and to help make available a valuable service to our local communities and corporates companies.
IMMUNIZATION NURSES WITH EXPERIENCE AND WITHOUT EXPERIENCE!!!!!
-Registered Nurses and Licensed Pratical Nurses to administer over 500,000 flu vaccines in a corporate environment throughout New York City, Long Island & New Jersey & Connecticut .
-High Rates and Flexible Scheduling
-Training Provided
-Minimum 4 hours per day
(part time and full time hours available)

Requirements:
NY State RN License, Malpractice Insurance, CPR Requirements FOR NY, NJ AND CT
Resume
NY State LPN License and Registration FOR NY, NJ, CT AND VT
CPR card
SS card and State-issued ID
Proof of citizenship or residency U.S. Birth Certificate, U.S. Passport, green card, employment auth. etc
Current Physical - Includes initial physical report, employee health form, this years PPD (including 2nd booster shot), MMR and Varicella Vaccination Titres
Two(2) reference letters One(1) reference should be a professional reference -from a school or previous employer
Two passport size photographs - Mandatory
Malpractice insurance optional
Vaccination Experience preferred but not necessary.
Physical Environment
Â• Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
Â• Assisting with completion of patient consent forms required
Â• Setting up a table / small stand and signage kit is required
