Medicare certified and ACHC accredited Home Health Care agency is seeking an experienced, reliable and responsible LPN for per diem home health visits with part/full time potential. Must be highly compassionate, have good people skills, be easy going, dependable, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills .
All applicants must meet the requirements listed below:
UT Professional License
UT Driver's License
Social Security Card or Authorization to work in the U.S.
PPD Test (within the last year) or Chest X-Ray (within the last 2 years)
CPR Certificate
Auto Insurance
Must have good clinical documentation and communication skills
