Seeking an LPN to work with adolescents in a group home setting. The LPN job duties include but is not limited to: *Making medical and physiological appointments and attending them with the residents. *Making dental, and vision appointments for the residents. *Medication management for all residents including monthly MAR assessments *Participation in IDT meetings *Staff training and in-services *Quarterly pharmacy audits *Quarterly nursing assessments with all residents *Triage with resident issues requiring nursing If this sounds like a job made just for you then please send your cover letter, resume, and list of references to Attn: Home Again ICF
