As a care nurse supervisor, the LPN/RN manages the successful operation of the Resident Care Department under the leadership of the Resident Care Director (RCD).
The nurse is responsible for the oversight, coaching, and direct supervision of all resident care service providers in the community. The management scope of this position includes direct supervision of resident care associates, resident care and management as defined by the RCD.
Position may include weekends and holidays as well as nights.
