We are seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work within our clients' homes providing direct patient care. Following a physician established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. We are currently looking to staff a part time nurse to work every other weekend. The shifts are 16 hours from 8AM-12AM.
Qualifications
ï‚Ÿ Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
ï‚Ÿ Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required with home health experience preferred
ï‚Ÿ Current CPR certification
ï‚Ÿ Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements
ï‚Ÿ Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
ï‚Ÿ Reliable transportation
