Full-time LPN/RN-ON CALL HOSPICE (SL/DAVIS/WEBER COUNTY)

ON CALL HOSPICE LPN/RN FOR SALT LAKE/DAVIS/WEBER COUNTY
Aspire Home Health and Hospice is looking for experienced nurses in home health and hospice who want a flexible week on, week off night and weekend on call schedule to take phone calls from the comforts of your own home for our company.
On call times are: Monday through Friday 5pm to 9am and Friday 5pm til Monday at 9am.
The week that you are on call, you will be required to be within these counties in case you get a phone call that requires your immediate attention and a visit to a patient’s residence. The on call position will require critical thinking skills to help triage patient’s needs, their family members and facilities in getting the problem resolved, along with great interpersonal skills to facilitate communication. In addition to being on call, weekly attendance to case conference and interdisciplinary group meetings will be required, which take place on Wednesdays. There is a monthly team meeting as well.
