ABOUT THE COMPANY:
A new health plan in Mississippi, they were a small company and were bought out. They ‘went live’ on Jan 1st and now they are in a big growing stage.
ABOUT THE JOB:
This position is going to be the Trainer for all employees in the ‘Medical Management’ dept. (that includes case management, authorizations, concurrent review, etc.) They will also be responsible for auditing.
-This person may also have to travel to their Yazoo City office to train staff (about 40-45 min from their Jackson office)
M-F 8-5 (needs to be flexible, may need they to come in earlier as needed or come in later and stay later as needed)
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Can be an RN or LPN
-Looking for someone who has training AND auditing experience
-Experience with the system Amisys HIGHLY PREFERRED!! **Their experience can come from another health plan, a hospital, long term care facility, etc. They are open with this! Location: Jackson, MS Compensation: Commensurate with position
