Clinic assistant manager CMA/LPN/Reception (Anchorage)

Position entails Billing supervision, staff supervison and training. Policy development and scheduling of staff are further aspects of the job. The position will work closely with the owner of the clinic to provide organization to clinic and promote accountablility and motivation in the staff. Sucessful candidate will also work closely with billing managment to promote the highest reimbursement and lower Accounts receivable.
Last must be able to provide coverage to the staff for lunch breaks and sick calls. Successfull candidate will have a degree as a medical assistant or higher. Previous management is very helpful and preferred.
We provide free health care with in our clinic for you and your family.
1-2 weeks paid vacation depending on experience
IRA available at 1 year
We are open 7 days week as an Urgent care/Family practice clinic
Must work well in hectic emergency room type pace and stress
