FL licensed registered nurse with Vent, Trach, and G-tube experience to provide care for new patients in eastern hillsborough county

Requirements:
-Current State of Florida professional license
-Current certifications in area of practice
-Current CPR Certificate
-TB test w/in the last year or Chest X-ray w/in the last 2 years
-A physical within the last 6 months
-One year of experience
-All CEU's current and up to date
-All CEU'S Complete and up to date;
-HIV/AIDS 1hr
-Domestic Violence 2hr
-Alzheimer's Disease 2hr
-Medical Error and Safety 2hr
-Infection Control 1hr
-Resident/Patient Rights 1hr
-Medical record Documentation and Legal Aspects 1hr
Additional Requirements for all positions:
-Level II FBI background check
-Valid Florida drivers license
-Reliable transportation
-Proof of auto insurance
-Professional and personal references
